|Recommended: YesOverall we had a great experience living at pines45. The units are brand new. They are spacious with several different floor plans with up to date appliances. Management and maintenance were always very responsive and timely. Parking was the only difficulty. Noise was extremely minimal where our unit was located. All around a great living experience for us.
|Recommended: YesAppreciate the staff’s and maintenance responsiveness and graciousness with my occasional difficulties communicating clearly due to brain damage issues. Staff work to create a community spirit. If you choose Pine45 it can be more than “just a place to live”. Appreciate what appears to be a mix of different folks.
I figure saving approximately 40 a month using facilities here vs driving to other locations. Dog park meets quality standards, sans a small large dog section, is spacious, has numerous trees to keep the snow depths down in winter and heat down in summer. The gym’s layout meets safety standards, has useful open space, equipment found in a commercial gym, except balance agility equipment includes TRX body weight system.
Birch apartment is well laid out and functional. Been keeping the thermostat set at 66 degrees during 20 degree weather.
Appreciate the trees around the property, ability to walk our dogs on path to school grounds, and the quietnesses.
|Recommended: YesMoved in a little over a month ago. All the staff are wonderful. Olivia and Caitlin in the front office are beyond sweet and helpful as well as Thomas maintenance . Haven't had any issues here but they always ask if there are any concerns. My dog Ziggy loves going to visit them. The exercise facility and community room are spotless and feel so welcoming. Great community and only great experiences with other residents.
|Recommended: YesThis is a beautiful apart cond complex. Love living here as everything is updated and convenient. The office staff is there for you and maintenance department is excellent. This complex gives people in the surrounding area another housing option which was lacking before. The office clubhouse building is right off M-32 so very easy to stop in and get a price quote and talk to office staff. Everyone should know their housing options during these times.

As I first time lessee I was a little nervous, but the staff answered all my questions and explained everything amazing I felt so comfortable and confident in moving in Great for first time lessees

|Recommended: YesMy wife and I don't regret our decision to move here. Lori and the maintenance team Gabe Jeff are amazing They make you feel like you are the only one living here as you are just as much as a priority as the next tenant. Quality of apts are great. Would be perfect if the noise from floors were a little less. As long as this place stays nice and keeps smoking, drugs, loud music, partying out it will be a great home for many.
|Recommended: YesModern. Friendly. Community. — Great experience in my first 30 days living at Pines45. The design of the apartment and grounds are very thought out with the residents in mind. We received a warm welcome, pets included Lori is incredible at making you feel right at home and the maintenance team has been attentive for just a few minor fixes.
|Recommended: YesNew, high quality and good looking apartment — This is a brand new building with good looking, functional apartments complete with nice appliances and in unit washer and dryer. 100 smoke free and pet friendly. Pool coming as well. The work out facility and rec room are also extremely nice. Overall it's a great place to live.
